It’s Good To Be You

Here at Holmfirth High School, we pride ourselves on our diversity and inclusivity.

Here are just some of the things we do to ensure we create an inclusive environment for our pupils and their families. 

• We capture pupil voice via questionnaires and action accordingly.
• We have a variety of clubs that are welcome to all pupils.
• We celebrate awareness days and weeks across the academic year, including black history month, Pride month, neuro diversity celebration week, Internatinal Day of Persons with disability and many more.  
• We have student councils who meet regularly to discuss improvements we can continue to make across the school.
• We have a buddy program run by our Year 11 house leaders.
